Are flights included in the Rebuild Retreat package?
No, the Rebuild Retreat package does not include flights. However, we offer the assistance of a personal travel agent who can help arrange your return flights.

No, prior experience is not necessary. Our sessions are tailored to accommodate all levels of experience and fitness. Expert trainers will provide guidance and ensure you are taught proper techniques throughout the class.

Our programs are designed to suit all levels of fitness and experience. While being in good physical condition may enhance your comfort, there is no need to “prepare” or reach a specific fitness level before joining. We welcome you as you are and are committed to supporting your progress every step of the way

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to participate. While most of our attendees fall within a certain age range, we welcome individuals of all ages, and everyone enjoys a positive and fulfilling experience. You will be surrounded by like-minded individuals, creating an inclusive and supportive environment.

No, we do not encourage drinking during the retreat. Our focus is on guiding you to rebuild yourself with mental clarity and achieve the best possible results from your training. For optimal recovery and to fully benefit from this experience, we recommend limiting alcohol consumption in order to maximise both your physical and mental progress.

For Thailand retreats, please fly into Phuket International Airport (HKT). The airport is approximately 40 minutes from your luxury 5-star accommodation

A private Rebuild Retreat driver will be waiting to pick you up at the airport and transport you to our retreat hotel. Simply provide your flight details, and our driver will be holding a sign with your name for a smooth and seamless transfer.

We advise you to consult the relevant authorities in your country of residence for the latest travel requirements. Additionally, please consult your healthcare provider regarding any medical considerations before your trip. We also ask that you provide information about your medical history, injuries, and allergies in the forms provided to ensure we can accommodate your needs during the retreat.

The recommended arrival and departure days vary depending on the specific retreat. Please refer to the details provided in your selected retreat for the appropriate arrival and departure times. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and we have an introductory meeting for all Rebuild Retreat members at the hotel at 7:00 PM.

To request an extension of your stay, please email us at [email protected] or indicate your request on your Booking Form. Please note that additional charges will apply, and extensions are subject to room availability.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your VIP spot on the retreat. This deposit is 50% of the total retreat cost and is necessary to confirm your booking. The deposit amount is specified in each retreat listing.

Depending on the retreat, yes, you can pay the balance in instalments. If this option is available for your selected retreat, you will have three payment plans to choose from. Please indicate your preferred option on the Booking Form, and we will provide you with the instalment amounts and payment dates. The full balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the retreat start date.

Deposits are non-refundable, as they are used to secure accommodation and make necessary arrangements in advance. Please review our full cancellation policy in the Terms & Conditions before booking to ensure you are aware of all details regarding cancellations.

The final balance is due 14 days prior to the start date of your retreat. For specific details on instalment payments and due dates, please refer to your invoice.

We limit attendance to just 10 VIP guests to maintain the exclusivity and intimate nature of this luxury, once-in-a-lifetime retreat experience.

There is plenty of spare time to unwind and fully enjoy your retreat experience. We have carefully curated a balanced schedule, allowing ample time for both training and relaxation. You can relax at the beach, enjoy the swimming pools while lounging on luxury beds in the sun, take a restorative nap to recharge, or fill your time with your favourite fitness class. We’ve designed the retreat to ensure you make the most of your time away from home.

While all workouts and activities are optional, one programmed session per day is required. Additionally, participation in dietitian lectures, mindset sessions, and private mindset coach talks is highly encouraged as they are integral components of the retreat experience. However, it’s your retreat, so you are welcome to personalise your experience to suit your preferences and needs. We recommend embracing the full schedule to get the most out of your time with us.

Once you have completed your booking, we will send you a detailed email outlining everything you need to bring, tailored to the specific retreat you have selected. This will include recommendations for clothing, fitness gear, and any personal items to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We will also provide any additional information regarding special requirements based on the nature of the retreat.

As part of your retreat package, you will be gifted a Bangtao Fight Store voucher, which can be used to purchase items such as gloves, wraps, training singlets, shorts, and other apparel. If you already own gloves and wraps, we recommend bringing them with you to maximise your voucher for other store items. This way, you’ll have more funds available to spend on additional gear or merchandise.

Given the warm temperatures of 25°C to 32°C and about 8 hours of sunshine daily, we suggest packing lightweight, breathable attire. Ideal options include cotton t-shirts, summer dresses, shorts, linen shirts, and quick-drying fabrics to keep you comfortable throughout the retreat.

Absolutely! Phuket is a wonderful destination, offering a blend of vibrant culture and delicious cuisine. You’re welcome to stay in Thailand beyond the retreat for as long as your visa allows. Alternatively, you can arrive early to explore the beauty of Thailand before the retreat begins. Our retreats provide the perfect opportunity to enhance your travel experience in this stunning country!

Yes, there are several laundry options available. Given the intensity of training in the heat, we understand you might need to refresh your gear. To make it easier, our team will take care of your laundry and return it within 24 hours, helping to reduce the amount you need to pack.

While not essential, it’s advisable to have some local currency on hand, as you may want to purchase additional items or experiences during your stay

Yes, travel insurance is required. It is also important to ensure your policy specifically covers martial arts activities during your retreat.

Both the hotel and the gym offer free Wi-Fi. If you’d like to have cell service throughout your stay, you can either purchase a plan from your home country, opt for an e-sim, or buy a Thai SIM card at the airport or a local phone shop.
